Melody Miller

 I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and

Credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor.

I have worked as a therapist for the past nine years

in the Western New York area.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns

including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with addiction or self medication, career challenges, and codependency.

I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.


I believe that people have the answers to most of the questions that they ask. They just need help sorting it all out.


Asking for help might make you feel uncomfortable or weak

but it actually takes tremendous courage to seek a

more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards

change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here

Online substance abuse counseling can help reduce the negative impact of your substance abuse or unhealthy self medicating behaviors. I work with clients on identifying the underlying cause of these behaviors and finding healthy alternatives so that people can live an authentic and fulfilling life.
