I have worked as a therapist for the past nine years
in the Western New York area.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns
including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with addiction or self medication, career challenges, and codependency.
I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I believe that people have the answers to most of the questions that they ask. They just need help sorting it all out.

but it actually takes tremendous courage to seek a
more fulfilling and happier life and to take steps towards

Therapy, also called psychotherapy or counseling, is the process of meeting with a therapist to resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body). Beginning therapy can be a big step toward being the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible—no matter what challenges you may be facing. Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviors and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships, and more.
Substance abuse counseling can help reduce the negative impact of your substance abuse or unhealthy self medicating behaviors. I work with clients on identifying the underlying cause of these behaviors and finding healthy alternatives so that people can live an authentic and fulfilling life.
